...and it started with a lie!

So… I’m going to start my first post with a conjunction, an unapologetic point of view and food for thought.

As I open my eyes and really look at this white supremist endorsed country, I am forced to make a choice. The same choice that Laurence Fishburne delivered in the Matrix. I am forced to make a decision between the “Black” pill or the “White” pill. I am forced to choose between watching the machine churn out more Black hating Americans of African descent, or… risking my lack of real freedom and false sense of comfort in an upside-down society for Americans of African descent who are going to fight me at every turn to hold onto their warped sense of freedom and equality that they can see DOESN’T work!

We got here on a lie. We exist now in a lie…and we look forward into a lie. Not just any lie…but the lie! Let me back up just a little.

I’m going to address this issue as a Black (black) man. I Preface that point because Black women have not missed the point, and they have the very amazing ability to call it like it is. Black men; Russell Simmons, Sean Combs, Common, Bob Johnson…just to name a few, refuse to call it like it is. Most black men point the finger at EVERYTHING else. We spend so much time allowing our abused black women(that we, like Eldridge, abuse) to bail us out, or take the fall for us, that we refuse to be strong Black men. Black men who could be strong and lead, not “leave”. Black men who could protect and respect, not “abuse”. Black men who could really be leaders.
Instead … we live the lie. The lie recycles the lie. We spew the lie from our mouths as truth. The truth becomes the lie… and in the end… we give all of Black power to a white man who controls the lies that we consume as truth…

…think about it!

i am thrilled that you are courageous enough to risk the accusations of being "soft", "whipped", etc. i don’t have to tell you, i know that you know full well the slurs that misogynistic men throw around to emasculate/neutralize other men.

thank you black man, for defying the lie that informs all melanin rich, genetically dominant (black) men-rapidly growing black women on the flip side-that they are powerless cowards-utterly afraid to and incapable of challenging the status quo, obsessed with white women and (any woman at this point- white-like, asian, hispanic, etc. please note that white still holds the greatest value though-their MEN have murderously insured as much---black women NO value; a great deal of our men have partnered to continue to insure this vicious historical practice) should instead settle for crumbs from the enslavers' tables; as well as feverishly seek marriage to the daughters of the white lower class.

healing and true freedom comes where there is truth, love, wisdom and the courage to BE change.

i will subscribe to your blog. thank you!

I am committed to speaking and writing the truth. The adage …”the truth shall set you free.” is absolute wisdom. We are in dire need of both truth and freedom today. Thank you…and … Lurk away !!!
